What we do

EMGS uses its patented seabed-logging survey method to improve exploration efficiency and greatly increase the likelihood of finding offshore hydrocarbons.

Our services help a range of exploration companies and government agencies and are used throughout the life of a field.

Initially, seabed logging was used to confirm the presence or absence of commercial-scale reservoirs in deep water.

Today, its range of applications includes reconnaissance scanning for prospects in frontier areas, finding bypassed and satellite fields in mature areas, surveying in shallower waters, and recording and depth migrating 3D electromagnetic data.
