New share capital registered

A share capital increase in Electromagnetic Geoservices ASA (EMGS), following the Private Placement notified 22 June 2010, has today been registered in the Norwegian Registry of Business Enterprises. As a consequence, the new share capital is NOK 38,395,065.25 divided on 153,580,261 shares, each with a nominal value of NOK 0.25. EMGS' Articles of Association have been amended accordingly. Please find attached the updated company certificate.
